About UMA

Uma Bakes Cakes has always been a dream for me. With a passion for cooking I found my love for baking in 2008 and started baking cakes and cupcakes for friends and colleagues alike. After baking as a hobby for years, I decided to take the plunge and set up Uma Bakes Cakes in September 2018.

Nestled in the idyllic surroundings of the South Downs, Uma Bakes Cakes has a fully registered kitchen with a 5 star hygiene rating. All of the ingredients I use are of the finest quality and the cakes are executed to perfection with no detail spared.

I’ve had the privilege of learning from some of the best in the industry and they have instilled in me a desire to produce nothing the best.
